Macuto is a collection born from a collaboration with clothing brand Nerea. A nostalgic tribute to the golden era of Macuto, La Guaira in the 1960s, when Venezuela was at its most vibrant and tourists flocked to its legendary luxury hotels. The collection illustrates iconic scenes and landmarks: the Miramar and Macuto Sheraton hotels, the Ávila mountain, the Santa Ana statue, and everyday moments of people enjoying the beach. Rendered in a monochromatic palette with a hand-drawn, painterly quality, it has the timeless feel of a classic toile de Jouy reimagined for a Latin American landscape.
